4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, orders may have already entered processing or shipping.

5. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted in cases where the wrong item is received, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video. For full details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within India only using Delhivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.

We accept payments via UPI and Net Banking through Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
