Refund policy

At Ansi Craft, each product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the delicate and handmade nature of our items, we only accept returns under limited conditions as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the case of incorrect items delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide a full unboxing video showing the parcel being opened in one continuous shot.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of scent, color, or minor imperfections (as these are natural in handmade goods)

  • Damages due to mishandling after delivery

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and the mandatory unboxing video

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate return shipping at no cost to you.

3. Refunds

If a return is approved, your refund will be:

  • Issued via Razorpay to your original payment method

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

All our products are non-returnable except in cases of incorrect items received. We do not offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Candles

  • Polymer clay products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

5. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
